- Location: California, United States
Born in Limerick, Ireland, followed my nose to the U.S. in 1993, settled in California married, and have three kids (they are the three funniest people I know). I work in software, which I like. My main passion, though, is music. I still wanna be a rockstar/professional surfer - during my daily allocation of 2.5 minutes of free time.

I bet you felt like Mr.Silly ordering your curry chip in there.
I'm now adding HK to the list of places to visit before I die.
God it's been ages since I had a curry chip. The first place I brought Tash to on her first visit to Ireland was the O'Connell Grill - straight off the plane.
HK is a great city, I really took a shine to it. Just beware the pollution - they get a lot of crap from southern China and when you combine it with the highest car concentration in the world, (with no pollution control), things get nasty. My eyes were killing me after an hour out on the streets. A friend from HK told me a lot of western business's are threatening to avoid expanding in HK if pollution is not brought under control.
