Limerick Moon
I took this when I was back in Limerick a few weeks back. It was a gorgeous harvest moon hanging low over the city. Unfortunately I didn't have time to grab my gear and head outside to someplace where I would have been in a position to take a shot that included the moon and the city.

Nice one! All my moon shots (is that right?) turn out poorly. I can never get them right.
ps. I sent a mail to your yahoo a/c last week. Did it get spammed out?

I didn't get any email from you. Try the email address above.
Re the photos, a stand and a relatively long lens are essential, and even then it's hard, because the moon is moving relative to the earth. A fast shutter speed is necessary.
Okay. I resent using a Vodafone domain. The last one probably got spammed out.
Oh, yeah - It never dawned [sic.] on me to use a fast shutter speed. Moon motion or not there is always atmospheric could cover, heat radiation etc. that would mess up the shot.
Wow, that's beautiful.
lovely photo where is this Limerick
Anon - It's Limerick City, Ireland.
Please write anything else!
